Seller Terms

1. Introduction

Welcome to Shibspot. These Seller Terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform as a registered seller (“Seller”, “you”) listing products for sale to buyers worldwide. By registering and listing products, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

To register as a Seller, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be prohibited from selling products on the Platform under applicable laws.

3. Seller Responsibilities

As a Seller on Shibspot, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and pricing;
• Ship products on time and in the condition described to buyers;
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations related to your products;
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and respond to buyer inquiries promptly;
• Ensure that your products do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others (see IP / DMCA Policy);
• Avoid listing prohibited items (see Prohibited Items Policy).

4. Product Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings. This includes:

• Product title, description, and images;
• Correct pricing, including any applicable taxes or fees;
• Shipping options, costs, and delivery time estimates;
• Compliance with local import/export regulations for buyers in other countries.

5. Buyer Trust & Safety

To build trust for buyers on our platform, Sellers agree to:

• Provide honest and accurate information about products;
• Ship orders within the promised timeframe;
• Respond to buyer inquiries and issues in a professional manner;
• Resolve disputes or complaints in accordance with the Marketplace policies.

6. Operational and Financial Terms

Detailed operational, fee, and payout terms are provided to registered Sellers upon account approval. Access to this information is restricted and confidential.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a Seller’s account if:

• The Seller violates these Terms;
• Fraudulent or illegal activities are suspected;
• The Seller repeatedly receives negative feedback or fails to meet platform standards.

8. Governing Law

These Seller Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
