Order Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
This Order Cancellation Policy outlines when and how buyers may request to cancel an order placed on Shibspot. By purchasing on Shibspot, you agree to comply with the terms stated in this policy.
2. Buyer Cancellations
Buyers may request to cancel an order any time before the seller ships the item. Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting Shibspot at claims@shibspot.com.
Once the seller ships the item and a tracking number is registered, the order can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, the buyer may request a return after delivery under the Returns & Refund Policy.
3. Seller Shipping Requirements and Buyer Protection
Sellers on Shibspot are required to ship orders within 2 days after payment is confirmed. If a seller does not ship within this timeframe, buyers may cancel the order at any time before the item has been shipped. If a cancellation request is submitted before the seller ships, the cancellation will be honored even if the seller ships after the request has been made.
Sellers are not permitted to ship items after a cancellation request has been submitted.
4. Situations Where Shibspot May Cancel an Order
Shibspot reserves the right to cancel orders under circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Listing violations such as prohibited items or counterfeit goods
- Fraudulent payment or suspected fraudulent behavior
- Safety, regulatory, or legal concerns
- Seller non-responsiveness or failure to ship within the required timeframe
If Shibspot cancels an order, the buyer will receive a full refund.
5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Once a cancellation request is approved, Shibspot will process the refund using the original payment method. Refund timelines depend on the buyer’s payment provider and may take up to 14 business days.
If the order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will include the full purchase price and shipping cost.
6. Changes to This Policy
Shibspot may update this Order Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policy versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
