Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the products and content they list on Shibspot do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Listings containing counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized items are strictly prohibited.

Submit DMCA notices to dmca@shibspot.com. Shibspot will investigate and respond in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe content that was removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your contact information (name, email, and phone number)
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location prior to removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Submit counter-notifications to dmca@shibspot.com. Shibspot will forward counter-notifications to the original complainant as required by law.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Shibspot may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights, in accordance with our Terms & Policies.

7. Changes to This Policy

Shibspot may update this Intellectual Property / DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
