Buyers may request a return under Shibspot's 90 Days Money Back Guarantee Program if:
- The product is significantly different from the description on the listing;
- The product arrives damaged or defective;
- The product is a prohibited item, as defined in our Prohibited Items Policy.
All return requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery to qualify for a refund under the 90 Days Money Back Guarantee Program.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, buyers should contact Shibspot directly at claims@shibspot.com. Shibspot will handle all communication with the seller and provide guidance on returning the product.
- Provide details about the issue and include evidence (e.g., photos of damaged items);
- Follow the instructions provided by Shibspot for shipping the product back securely;
- Retain tracking information until the return is completed.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, Shibspot will facilitate the refund according to the marketplace guidelines. Refunds may include the full purchase price minus applicable shipping fees, if any. The refund method and timeline may vary depending on the original payment method used.
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- If the item is damaged, defective, not as described, prohibited, or the wrong item was shipped — the seller will cover the return shipping cost;
- If the buyer changes their mind or no longer wants the item — the buyer will cover the return shipping cost.
If any dispute arises, Shibspot will mediate between the buyer and seller to ensure a fair resolution.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Digital products, downloads, or software;
- Perishable goods;
- Products that have been used or altered by the buyer in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale.
