This comprehensive conversion kit not only includes a block body and U-bolts necessary due to a change in the amount of down, but also washers and nuts. The involved components have been designed to achieve a significant price drop by eliminating the "Down Assist Bracket" from the system components. A product of rigorous pursuit of strength increase and weight reduction. This product weighs 6.23 kilograms and comes in a stylish black color.

The block body is made with A6061 aluminum extrusion material that is not only lightweight but also superior in rigidity. Following machining by a CNC lathe, it is subjected to shot blasting and black alumite treatment. The block's unique and compact form keeps it robust without adding any unnecessary weight.

Implementing a revolutionary 'fitting cone' technology, an ingenious conical center pin is inserted in the middle of the block surface. Our Conversion Block Kit is packed with innovative features including Axle Guide, Angle Adjust function, Centering function, and Off-center Correction Function. These, together with the ability to optimize down-amount, provides for a safe and comfortable driving experience, regardless of the conditions of the road. Reduces load on the transmission and propeller shaft, by synchronizing the axle inclination angle with the leaf spring angle change – to allow fine “flush with fender” setting. It corrects the forward movement of the axle, which corrects the wheel position to the center of the fender arch.

Installation & Maintenance Tips
Installing or replacing our product involves work that corresponds to specified maintenance. We recommend that you have it done at a certified workshop with the requisite equipment and knowledge. The product is a safety standard compliant product, but caution is advised: inspection personnel's judgment takes precedence in vehicle inspection. The product is accompanied by a "strength test certificate" issued by VIA (Japan Vehicle Inspection Association). This helps make inspections or structural changes worry-free. Please note that a "structural change inspection" is needed if a difference of more than 40mm occurs against the numerical values (height) on the motor vehicle inspection certificate.

This product holds patents (No. 5726567), and has registered designs (No. 1399480 and 1640014). Please take care to always install it with the “Down Assist Bracket”. The standard brackets are not compatible with the 'off-center correction function', which can cause unnecessary force on the U-bolts and the block body, leading to poor fixation or damage.
