Warranty and Guarantee

We offer a 30-day warranty on this product, starting from the date of delivery. Should there be any discrepancies or defects directly resulting from our shipment, we will facilitate a swift resolution either through a replacement or a refund, provided your claim is made within the warranty period. Please handle all items with care to avoid voiding the warranty.

Returns and Cancellations

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will accept returns or exchanges at your expense for shipping. However, once an order is placed, cancellations are not possible unless you’ve received the item. In such a case, a return is subject to the conditions stated above.

Occasionally, packaging may arrive damaged during transit. We recommend that you inspect all items upon arrival. Photographs for reference may be requested for verification. All items will be opened for quality checks during photography but returned as new.
