Any claims or requests for reshipment or reimbursement related to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be accepted. The responsibility for ensuring accurate address information lies entirely with the client.
7.4. Import Duties and Delivery Charges
Import duties, taxes, and any additional delivery charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
