The ZeroLiberty 2-inch Lift-up Kit is a comprehensive set designed specifically for the Daihatsu S500, S510P series HiJet Truck.The complete set comes with strut, front, center, and rear, offering a total lift height of up to 2 inches. Adjustable camber bolts are included in the kit, and the product prioritizes strength, stability during operation, and comfort of ride. Applicable vehicle types include the HiJet Truck S500 series S510P 2WD 4WD / S500U series Pixis Truck / S500J series Sambar Truck.

This kit is produced by ZeroLiberty and comes with a one-month guarantee from the date of product arrival. With respect to design, the front includes a 2-inch spacer on top of the strut plus an adjustable camber bolt, a 1-inch aluminum block for the member, a transmission mount spacer for protection of the transmission & drive shaft spline, and 2 radiator up spacers. At the rear, the kit includes a 2-inch aluminum block between the leaf and the housing.
Usage notes
We do not include an instruction manual. After installation, you should have the side slip adjustment and other inspections performed. Therefore, we recommend having the kit installed by a specialist shop or repair factory. Depending on your registry, if the vehicle changes by 50mm, you may need to document this. We note that there are different types of DA16T with either 3-bolt or 4-bolt transmission mounts, this product is for the 3-bolt version. Furthermore, we cannot offer any support in cases where warranties for the vehicle-side are voided due to the installation of our product. We install the product on our own responsibility.
