About this product
"A variety of functions are equipped in this evolutionary down block!" The downsides that traditional products couldn't cover when lowering the Hiace have been completely overcome by introducing multi-functional down blocks. The block body uses A6061 aluminum extrusion which is lightweight and superior in rigidity, finely machined, and finished with shot blast and black anodizing. Additionally, we have adopted a "fitting cone" that made the center pin a conical shape as a new feature. A perfect fit is achieved by combining the "surface lock U-bolt" with a powerful holding force. Further, the "axle guide" that suppresses the fluctuation of the axle housing (thrust angle) caused by the shift in the forward and backward direction, supports stable straightness on any road conditions. Multi-specs such as "angle adjustment function" that corrects the angle of the axle and reduces the burden on the propeller shaft, "centering function" that adjusts the offset axle to the center of the vehicle body and allows fine setting of the flush position, and "off-center correction function" that corrects the forward movement of the axle and corrects the wheel position to the center of the fender arch are also given. The down amount is set with seven sizes for every 0.5 inches (12.5 mm), and you can surely set up to your desired vehicle height.

The vehicle height will change by approximately 50 mm when this product is installed. This product complies with safety standards, but please note that the inspector's judgment takes precedence for vehicle inspection. A "strength test certificate" issued by VIA (Japan Vehicle Inspection Association) is attached to this product. You can confidently take the inspection by presenting it during the vehicle inspection and structural changes. For lowering more than 40 mm compared to the number written in the vehicle inspection certificate, a change in structure is required, indicated as a change in the description of the vehicle inspection certificate (height).
