The KAAZ LSD features an innovative design with a clutch plate and pressure ring integrated into its mechanism. This ensures an extremely powerful locking performance that reacts instantaneously to the differential rotation of the wheels. When both wheels spin at the same rate, it operates like a standard differential. However, as soon as there is a difference in rotation, the cross shaft located in the center of the LSD pushes the pressure ring, compressing the clutch plates and locking the drive wheels for maximized torque transmission.

Type Selection

KAAZ LSD comes in two varieties: 1.5WAY and 2WAY. Each version utilizes different cam groove configurations on the pressure ring, allowing drivers to select different engagement behaviors for acceleration and deceleration, thus optimizing performance for various racing types, skills, and levels.

1.5WAY Performance

The 1.5WAY model is highly recommended for most motorsport applications. It offers optimal performance during acceleration while providing a more gradual engagement during deceleration, which is essential for achieving ultimate traction on road races.
